The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/MCD to take action as per law against unauthorised construction, being raised at the property bearing no.5319, Hardhyan Singh Road, Raigar Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi- 110005 (hereinafter 'subject property').

None appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the first call. None appears on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call. 3.

Mr. Roshan Lal, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD, on advance notice, submits that the subject property has been booked on 26th May, 2026 and a show cause notice has been issued on the said date. 4.

The present petition stands disposed of, while directing the respondent/MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 5.
