O R D E R

% 09.10.2025 1.

A complaint dated 06.03.2025 was received from the Court of Ms. Astha Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate (NI Act) - 09, Dwarka Courts, South-West District, New Delhi. The said complaint was against respondent herein, who, on 03.03.2025, had allegedly misbehaved in her Court and intimidated her by using derogatory and threatening language, during the course of judicial proceedings. Keeping in mind the contents of the abovesaid complaint, it was treated as "Criminal Contempt" and was, resultantly, placed before this Court for further proceedings, in accordance with law. 2.

Notice was issued to the respondent-contemnor. 3.

During the course of contempt proceedings, contemnor filed an affidavit submitting therein his „unconditional apology‟ for the alleged CONT.CAS.(CRL) 8/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. conduct and behavior and sought forgiveness and discharge from the present contempt proceedings.

The respondent was asked to appear before the concerned learned Judicial Officer with direction to tender his written unconditional apology to her as well.

We have received report from the concerned learned Judicial Officer and in her report dated 20.09.2025, she has mentioned that the contemnor appeared before her on 18.09.2025 and tendered written apology for his said conduct.

Such report is taken on record.

Respondent - contemnor is present in Court today also and reiterates his unconditional apology for his said conduct and behavior and undertakes to be very careful in presenting himself before the Court, during the course of any judicial proceedings. He assures that he would always maintain the decorum and dignity of Court and would not repeat such act in future.

In view of the above, this Court, while accepting the abovesaid unconditional apology, discharge the respondent - contemnor from the contempt proceedings.

The contempt proceedings stand closed accordingly.
