Learned counsel for both sides submit on instructions of their respective clients that the petitioners may continue in possession of the subject premises till 31.12.2024 and subject to the same, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition.

On instructions of his clients, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition as well as the pending application and on instructions of his client learned counsel for respondent assures that till 31.12.2024, execution of the impugned eviction order shall not be sought. 3.

Accordingly, the petition as well as the application are dismissed as withdrawn with directions that till 31.12.2024, the execution of the impugned eviction order shall not be sought.
