This is a petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('the Act') seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes which have arisen between the parties in relation to the agreement dated 09.12.2015. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the light of the order passed by this Court in Arb. P. By:SANDEEP KUMAR

391/2020, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition under Sections 14 and 15 of the Act. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
