By way of present petition, the petitioner is seeking summoning of witnesses as mentioned in para no.14 of the present petition before learned Arbitrator on 23.05.2025. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that she has no objection, in case the witnesses mentioned in the amended list of witnesses are directed to produce the documents mentioned therein instead of documents mentioned in para no. 14 of the petition.

Learned counsel for petitioner accedes to summoning of witnesses for production of only those documents, which are mentioned in the amended list of witnesses. In view of no objection, the present petition is allowed and the registry shall issue summons to the witnesses with direction to produce the relevant documents as mentioned in the amended list of witnesses before learned Arbitrator on 23.05.2025 at 5 pm on filing of PF by the petitioner.
