By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: "a) Issue an appropriate order direction or Writ including a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Examination Reports dated 27.01.2025, 07.02.2025 and 10.02.2025 filed as Documents No.7, 8 and 9 respectively and the consequent impugned orders dated 27.01.2025, 07.02.2025 and 10.02.2025 passed by the Registrar in trademark applications under Nos. 6742246, 6845025 and 6845771 all in class 6 and filed as Documents No. 12, 13 and 14; and/or b) Issue an appropriate order-direction or Writ including a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Registrar to conduct a de novo examination of the trade mark applications under No.
6742246,6845025 and 6845771 all in class 6 and to cite therein as an objection the Petitioners prior and earlier trade mark registration/applications mentioned in Para 18 and Document No.2 above to this Petition.
c) Call for the entire records of the trade mark applications under Nos. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 03/05/2025 at 15:27:56

d) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble COUl1may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.
After some arguments, learned senior counsel, upon instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh after rectifying certain anomalies therein.

Accordingly, the present petition, along with the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
