Issue notice to respondents No.1 to 4. Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel (Crl.) for respondents No.1 to 3, accepts notice. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4 present through video conference also accepts notice.

The petitioner is seeking production of his daughter, Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti who left the house on 01st September, 2020. Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel (Crl.), submits that the police has filed the status report according to which the petitioner's daughter, Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti, aged about 19 years, left the house out of her own wish and she married respondent No.4, Manish on 04th September, 2020 after converting to Hinduism and both are living together. It is further submitted that the police called the petitioner's daughter, Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti as well as respondent No.4, Manish to Police Station, Tigri on 17th September, 2020. The police also called the petitioner and his wife to the police station and they met their daughter in the Police Station. The police also verified the documents related to conversion of Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti to Hinduism and her marriage. The documents relating to conversion as well as marriage were shown to the petitioner and his wife in the police station on 17th September, 2020. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not seen the documents relating to conversion and marriage of their daughter, Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti. The petitioner can collect the copies of the documents relating to the conversion to Hinduism and marriage from the Investigating Officer, P.S. Tigri today. 6.

The petitioner's daughter, Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti as well as respondent No.4, Manish are present through video conference at P.S. Tigri and this Court has interacted with Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti. Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti submits that she converted to Hinduism and thereafter, married with Manish on 04th September, 2020 and now they are living together.

The petitioner as well as his wife are present along with their learned counsel through video conference and they submit that they do not accept the marriage of their daughter, Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti with Manish. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and his wife be permitted to meet their daughter Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti. However, the petitioner's daughter, Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti is not willing to meet petitioners as they have not accepted her marriage. 8.

The petitioner's daughter, Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti submits that the petitioner be directed to handover the original documents relating to her education including senior secondary school certificate, birth certificate, Aadhaar Card and PAN Card. The petitioner is directed to handover the original documents relating to her education including senior secondary school certificate, the birth certificate, Aadhaar Card and PAN Card to the Investigating Officer at P.S. Tigri today at 04:00 P.M. Upon receiving the same, the Investigating Officer shall handover the same to Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti.

. This petition is disposed of in view of the marriage of Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti with Manish.

If any complaint is received by the Police Station Ambedkar Nagar relating to the safety concerns of Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti and Manish, the SHO, P.S. Ambedkar Nagar shall take the necessary action in accordance with the law and safety be provided to Aiman Siddiqui @ Preeti and Manish.

List for reporting compliance with respect to handing over all the documents by the petitioner before the Joint Registrar on 12th October, 2020.
