Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already filed certified copies of the records attached with the application under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.PC) before the Trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that in case the Trial Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

Court considers and takes judicial notice of those certified copies, already filed along with the application under Section 311 of the Cr. PC as per law, he will have no objection and shall withdraw the petitions. Learned counsel for respondent No.l submitted that he is having no objection in case the Trial Court takes judicial notice of the certified copies, already filed along with the application under Section 311 of the Cr. PC as per law.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and leamed counsel for respondent No.l, the Trial Court may take judicial notice of the certified copies, already filed along with the application under Section 311 of the Cr. PC at the time of passing of the judgment, as per law. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the matters. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, leamed counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petitions. Accordingly, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
