The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 31.08.2020 passed by Ld. ASJ (East), Karkardooma Courts vide which the Ld. Sessions Court in complete disregard to the mandate to the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by Three Judge Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 dated 24.08.2020 has extended the interim bail to the petitioner only till 30.09.2020 instead of 31.10.2020 in case FIR No.0152/2019 registered at Police Station - Krishna Nagar, Delhi for the offences punishable under CRL.M.C. 1833/2020

Learned APP for the State accepts notice.

With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present petition has been taken up for final disposal.

In view of the reasons stated in the present petition and the fact that petitioner is entitled in view of directions passed by Full Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.08.2020 passed in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 titled as Court on its own motion vs. State & Ors whereby all interim orders have been extended till 31st October 2020.

Keeping in view the averments made in the said petition which have not been disputed by learned APP for the State as well as in view of the aforesaid order passed by Full Bench of this Court, the interim bail of the petitioner is extended till 31st October, 2020 on the same terms and conditions. 9.

The petition is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of. 10.

Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent concerned and Trial Court for necessary compliance.
