% 08.02.2016 Crl.M.A. No.2178/2016 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.C. No.96/2016 & Crl.M.A. No.2177/2016 The present petition has been directed against the order dated 11th December, 2015 passed by Principal District, Family Court, Karkardooma, whereby the present petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- as token adhoc interim measure to the respondent no.2 herein by 23rd February, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court has
submitted that he is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- but his grouse is that he has not been heard before passing the impugned order.
In the facts and circumstances, it is directed that on deposit of Rs.2,50,000/- by the petitioner on or before 23rd February, 2016, which amount shall be released to the respondent no.2 (petitioner before the Trial Court) after giving an opportunity of hearing on the same, the order on the same shall be passed within a period of fifteen days.
The present petition and application are disposed of accordingly.
