ARB.P. 396/2020 1.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 11(4)(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator.

Ms. Satakshi Sood, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that she has no objection if an Arbitrator is appointed. 3.

Noting the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court appoints Justice Anil Kumar, a retired Judge of this Court as a

Sole Arbitrator, who shall adjudicate the dispute and differences between the parties. The fee of the learned Sole Arbitrator shall be governed by the Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 4.

The parties to appear before learned Sole Arbitrator for preliminary hearing after taking a prior appointment on his mobile No. 9818000140. 5.

Let a copy of this order be sent to Justice Anil Kumar, a retired Judge of this Court for information.

Liberty is also with the learned counsel for the parties to convey this order to Justice Anil Kumar through Whatsapp message. 7.
