This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties arising out of a tender awarded for the Upgradation of Sub-Registrar - V Office at Mehrauli, District South East, New Delhi. 2.

The Arbitral Tribunal was appointed by an order of this Court dated 03.06.2022 in Arb. P. 731/2022.
