% 03.02.2020 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition when the decision of the Supreme Court in Shiv Kumar and Another v. Union of India and Ors., Civil Appeal No. 8003/2019, decided on 14.10.2019 was brought to her notice. She states that the petitioner shall pursue such other remedy on the basis of the subsequent development, including the issuance of the notification dated 29.10.2019 by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs vide notification No. G.S.R. 814(E).

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
