O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 369/2024 By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of six months. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 01.03.2024.
Issue notice.
Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and has graciously consented to the extension of the mandate.

Considering the aforesaid request and the no objection given by the other side, the present petition is allowed, and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of six months. The period lapsed from 01.03.2024 is also regularised.
