% 07.02.2017 The learned counsel on both sides fairly agree that this execution petition after change of the pecuniary jurisdiction requires to be transferred to the file of the District Court and that the jurisdiction would vest in the court of District Courts of South District at Saket Court, New Delhi. In above view of the matter, it is directed that the execution petition shall stand transferred to the file of the District Judge, South District at Saket Court, New Delhi for further proceedings in accordance with law. The parties shall appear before the District Judge, South District at Saket Court, New Delhi on 07.03.2017.

The District Judge may keep the matter on her board or allocate it to any Additional District Judge under her control within her discretion. The registry shall take care that the file reaches the transferee court well in time.
