% 11.10.2019 Keeping in view the serious allegations in the FIR and the chargesheet and the fact that the complainant/prosecutrix is a pregnant through the petitioner who is divorcee and on advance stage of delivery and the petitioner is required for DNA, therefore, I find no ground to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant/petitioner. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
