Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application, however, the prosecution may be directed to examine the rest of the witnesses on 2.12.2019 and 3.12.2019 when the matter is fixed before the Trial Court. 2.

Learned APP submitted that the prosecution shall positively examine the rest of the witnesses on 2.12.2019 and 3.12.2019 before the Trial Court. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
