The appellant has filed the present application, inter alia, praying as under:

"(a) direct the Registry to release the amount which has been tendered by the Appellant by way of D.D. No.01994 dated 03.10.2024 for an amount of Rs.21,46,982j- in pursuance to the order dated 06.05.2024 and 19.09.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court."

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that he has no objection to the application being allowed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the amount deposited is required to be refunded to the appellant.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed. 4.
