O R D E R

% 26.02.2016 The present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.946/2015, under Sections 308/452/323/506/147/149 IPC, Police Station Dwarka South.

On the last date of hearing i.e. on 03.02.2016, this Court directed not to arrest the petitioner subject to his joining the investigation as and when required.

Learned APP for the State on the instructions of the Investigating Officer has submitted that the petitioner has joined the

investigation.

In the facts and circumstances, it is hereby ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail on furnishing the personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. However, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required and shall not tamper with the evidence. He is further directed not to influence the prosecution witnesses and shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned. The application is disposed of accordingly.
