W.P.(CRL) 1620/2019 The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce Smt.Khushi @ Khushboo, the wife of the petitioner before this Court.

Today, the counsel for the State has produced Ms.Khushi @ Khusbhoo before this Court. Learned counsel further states that last evening of 28th May, 2019 Ms.Khushi was recovered from her parental house and according to the wishes of Ms.Khushi, she was allowed to leave with her

husband-the petitioner.

We have also spoken to Ms.Khushi in Chambers and she states that she would like to stay with the her husband- petitioner. Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, the SHO, Police Station Vivek Vihar, Delhi, is directed to ensure that no bodily harm or injury is caused to the petitionerPradeep as well as his wife Ms.Khushi @ Khushboo residing at H. No. 193-A, Gali No. 1, Ramlila Ground, Shahdara, Delhi - 110032. The beat constable of the concerned area is directed to give his as well as concerned SHO's mobile number to the petitioner. In the event of any emergency, the petitioner would be entitled to get in touch with them.
