This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for issuing directions for transfer of investigations in case FIR No.0222/2019 under Section 419/420/467/468/471/506/34 IPC, Police Station Laxmi Nagar. 2.

The learned Prosecutor on instructions from the IO submits that a cancellation report has already been filed and the matter is now listed for 12.09.2024 before the learned Trial Court. 3.

In view of the submissions, the petitioner is at liberty to take his defences in accordance with law before the learned Trial Court. The prayer made herein has been rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
