By virtue of the present application, the applicant seeks to withdraw the captioned petition on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties.

Considering the parties have already entered into Settlement Agreements dated 08.01.2026 and 06.02.2026, as also since the FIR in question has already been quashed by this Court vide judgment dated 11.02.2026 passed in Crl.M.C. 1166/2026, the present application is allowed.
