CRL.M.C. 2938/2019 & CRL.M.A. 11835/2019 (Stay) Quashing of charge-sheet in FIR No. 10/2019, under Sections 8/3(1) (p)/3 (1)(r)/ 3(1)(u)/ 3(1)(za) (E)/3(2) (va)/3(2) (vi)/3(1) (q) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar Outer District, Delhi is sought on merits.

CRL.M.C. 2938/2019

Since petitioner has an alternate and efficacious remedy to seek discharge from trial court by urging the pleas taken herein at the charge stage, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise its inherent extra ordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. Accordingly this petition and application are disposed of with aforesaid liberty, while refraining to comment upon merits of this case. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE MAY 29, 2019 p'ma CRL.M.C. 2938/2019
