The counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for the defendants no.1&2 state that the parties have settled all the disputes subject matter of the suit and the Counter Claim on the terms contained in IA No.15118/2018 listed today.

The counsel for the defendant no.3 states that he has no objection and the defendant no.3 was in any case a proforma party. 3.

I have perused the settlement arrived at and find the contents thereof to be lawful.

IA No.15118/2018 is allowed and disposed of.

The counsel for the plaintiff as well as the counsel for the defendants no.1&2/Counter Claimant withdraw the suit and Counter Claim respectively.

It is stated that payment agreed in the compromise to be made before this Court, has been made.

The suit and the Counter Claim are dismissed as withdrawn leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

The title documents of property no.N-126, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi, even if filed before this Court by the defendants no.1&2/Counter Claimant, be returned to the plaintiff.
