The present Letters Patent Appeal (hereinafter, 'LPA') under clause X of the Letters Patent has been filed by the Appellants against the order dated 10.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 4481/2026 titled "ITI Club of India & Anr. V. Directorate General of Training". 2.

After some submissions, the learned counsel for the Appellants seeks to withdraw the present LPA with liberty to file a review against the impugned order dated 10.04.2026.

The present appeal is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
