Mr. Sanjay Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

He submits that the settlement has been recorded by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in its judgment dated 22.07.2025 passed in Transfer Petition (C) No. 2367/2023 titled as Shivangi Bansal vs. Sahib Bansal, a copy of said judgment has been handed over across the Bar, and the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, the petition alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
