The amended memo of parties is filed, however, the same is not on record. A copy of the same has been handed over to the Court. The Registry is directed to take the same on record.

The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR No. 93/2018, registered with Police Station Begumpur under Sections 323/341/506/427/34 IPC and all other proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed.

The petitioners are present in Court and are identified by their counsel. Respondent nos. 2 to 5 are also present in Court and are identified by the Investigating Officer.

The said parties (petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 5) state that they have resolved their disputes and differences in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 22.04.2019. They also state that none of the parties had any intention to commit any offence as alleged in the FIR in question. A

copy of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 22.04.2019 has also been placed on record. The concerned parties jointly request that the FIR in question be quashed.

In view of the averments made in the petition and the prayers and the submissions made by the parties, this Court is of the view that interests of justice would be met if the FIR in question is quashed. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and the FIR No. 92/2018, registered with Police Station, Begumpur under Sections 323/341/354/354B/506/509/34 IPC and all other proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. The parties (the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 5) shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of the statements recorded herein. 6.

The petition is disposed.
