This writ petition is disposed of with the consent order that the petitioner who through this writ petition sought promotion to the post of Section Officer (Accounts) has already received promotion to the post of Section Officer (Accounts) w.e.f 1.4.2005, that promotion to the post of Section Officer (Accounts) of the petitioner will be w.e.f 30.3.2002. It is noted that the petitioner was in fact granted promotion to the post of Section Officer (Accounts) in terms of the letter of the respondent no.2/college dated W.P.(C) No.6870/2002

30.3.2002 and which was not implemented on account of certain issues arising of reservation of subject post under the roster point system and which issue no longer remains as petitioner was promoted to the post of Section Officer (Accounts) w.e.f 1.4.2005.
