Mr.Vineet Bhagat, Advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners and seeks permission to withdraw the instant bail application.

The petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed not to be arrested in this case till the next date of hearing i.e. 29.03.2016 by an order dated 29.01.2016 on their willingness to deposit `50 lacs voluntarily without prejudice within two weeks before the Registrar General of this Court.

The petitioners have admittedly not complied with the condition. No amount in compliance of the order dated 29.01.2016 has been deposited with the Registrar General of this Court. BAIL APPLN. 222/2016

Apparently, the petitioners have availed the benefit of interim protection for a considerable period without complying with the other part of the order i.e. to deposit ` 50 lacs within two weeks. 5.

Since the petitioners wish to withdraw the present bail application, it is dismissed as withdrawn with costs `20,000/- to be paid to the complainant within two weeks through Investigating Officer by way of demand draft.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the Court concerned for information.
