It is submitted by both sides that subsequent to last effective date parties have settled the dispute amicably, whereby the petitioner/tenant has vacated the subject premises and handed over vacant possession thereof to respondent/landlord on 31.01.2024; and the respondent/landlord has paid to the petitioner/tenant a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- towards the money spent by the latter on the maintenance of the subject premises;

and the respondent/landlord has opted not to claim any outstanding amount towards use and occupation charges. Hence, the present application. Both parties are present in person and affirm the settlement. 3.

Having examined the record, I am satisfied that the disputes in question stand settled by lawful compromise, so the settlement agreement dated 07.12.2023 filed with the application is accepted and the application is allowed.

Accordingly the revision petition and the pending applications are disposed of as compromised.
