This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking the following prayers:- "Writ of mandamus or any other writ/order and/or direction/directions of like nature, thereby, directing respondents no. 2 to 3 to release / pay arrears pertaining to salary, DA and other such benefits / allowances of the petitioner according to 7th Pay Commission w.e.f 01.01.2016 to 31.03.2017 Scheme which is applicable to the case of the petitioner after duly calculating the arrears along with interest @ 18% p.a. till the date of realisation of the afore said." 2.

Notice accepted by Mr. Manish Narang, learned counsel on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 and by Ms. Jyoti Tyagi, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 and 5/DoE.

Mr. Narang, on instructions, submits that the respondent nos. 1 to 3 are ready and willing to pay the arrears pertaining to 7th CPC w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to 31.03.2017, as prayed for.

In view of the above submission of learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3, binding the respondents to said statement, the present petition is disposed of, directing respondent nos. 1 to 3 to release the arrears of the salary and other benefits in accordance with 7th CPC w.e.f. 01.01.2016 to 31.03.2017 within a period of four weeks from today. 6.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
