This application has been filed seeking modification in the Order dated 06.05.2024 passed by this Court.

In paragraph No.3 of the Order 06.05.2024, the Petitioner has been directed to approach the authorities to get the school records amended but what actually this Court was inclined to direct was that the Petitioner should approach the Registrar of Births and Deaths to get her birth certificate rectified to reflect her correct date of birth being, 10.09.1997. 3.

In view of the above, paragraph No.3 of the Order 06.05.2024 stands modified.
