Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 draws attention of this Court to Annexure P-1, and states that it contains a tabulated computation of the amount which could be dispersed to the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner states that the petitioner has no objection to the amount so mentioned and prays that the same be dispersed.

In view of the submissions of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court directs that the respondent no. 1 will disperse the said amount to the petitioner within a period of three weeks.
