Khatri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through video conferencing seeks leave to withdraw the present petition since the eviction petition has been dismissed by the learned Trial Court on 21.07.2025 as also both the applications of condonation of delay and the restoration thereof have also been dismissed vide order dated 21.07.2025 in Misc. RC ARC 22/2023 passed by the learned ARC-02, Central Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 2.
