Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. have been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0172/2021 under Sections 406/409/420/467/468/471/120-B IPC, registered at PS: Mandir Marg, Delhi and FIR No.0275/2020 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC, registered at PS: Madhu Vihar, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Learned ASC for the State submits that Chargesheets stand filed in the FIRs and the matter is now listed for 06.12.2025 for appearance of the Petitioner.

FIRs, which have subsequently been changed after filing of the Chargesheet and also that that the Petitioner has opportunity to present his defence before the learned Trial Court at the time of arguments on charge. 4.

In view of aforesaid, both Writ Petitions along with pending Applications are disposed of, with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
