This is a petition filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction for quashing of FIR No. 46/2024 dated 21.01.2024 under Section 385 IPC registered at PS: Vikas Puri.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners, on instructions from the Petitioners, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
