The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that appropriate action be taken against respondent no.1 for not investigating into the matter properly and not conducting proper investigation in relation to FIR No. 139/2019, under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered with P.S. Model Town.

The status report has been filed which indicates that the police authorities had received a PCR call on 15.04.2019, reporting an alleged suicide. It is stated that on receipt of the call, the IO had reached Vinayak Hospital, Derawal Nagar, Delhi and collected the MLC. The status report indicates that investigations are being conducted. The husband of the deceased and his brother were arrested. Their mobile phones were taken into

custody and an analysis of the location of their mobile phones was done. They have also been interrogated by the police. 3.

Mr Kundu, learned ASC for the State states that a charge sheet, under Sections 498-A/304-B/34 of the IPC, would be filed within a period of ten days from today.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
