Learned counsel for the plaintiff and defendants confirm that the last instalment of Rs. 2 crores stands paid by the defendant. 2.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that in view of the complete payment, the plaintiff is willing to have the captioned suit disposed of as satisfied. the parties have been set out at paragraph 6 of I.A. No. 2755/2024. He states that with respect to Section 138 criminal complaint cases enlisted at sl. nos. c, d and e, Mr. Shadman Siddiqui who is present in Court undertakes that the said criminal complaint cases shall be withdrawn on the next date of hearing in the said cases. He states that with respect to CS (COMM) 342/2022 which is enlisted at sl. no. b as well the plaintiff herein is willing to have the said suit disposed of finally in terms of the interim order dated 20.05.2022 passed in I.A. No. 8023/2022 therein.

In response, learned counsel for the defendant states that he is satisfied with the aforesaid submissions of the plaintiff and is also willing to suffer a decree of permanent injunction in terms of the interim order dated 20.05.2022 in CS (COMM) 342/2022.

The statement of the parties is taken on record and the parties are bound down to the same.

It is directed that the plaintiff shall ensure that the criminal complaint cases are withdrawn on or before the next date of hearing in the said complaint. In addition, the plaintiff and defendant shall also ensure that CS (COMM) 342/2022 is disposed of in terms of the statements recorded hereinabove.

The present suit stands disposed of as satisfied on the above terms. Pending applications stand disposed of. Interim orders, if any stand vacated. All future dates stand cancelled.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff has instructions to not press for the reliefs sought in the contempt petitions CCP (O) 58/2023, CCP (O) 74/2023 and I.A. 2017/2023 in CS (COMM) 462/2022. is not inclined to proceed with these applications any further. The said applications are accordingly, dismissed.
