The Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.P.C.') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners, Ms. Maya Devi and Devender Kumar Sharma, for quashing the FIR No. 594/2014 dated 10.09.2014 under Section 420/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Nihal Vihar, Delhi. 2.

The Status Report has been filed on behalf of the State wherein it has been reported that the investigations revealed that the property originally was purchased by the accused, Om Prakash s/o Sh. Jagdish Prasad Sharma from Sh. Om Prakash Sharma s/o Sh. Shyam Lal Sharma (father of the complainant, Mr. Sandeep) on 13.12.1999. The accused, Om Parkash s/o Sh. Jagdish Prasad Sharma, thereafter sold the property on 06.04.2011 to Mr. Sandeep s/o Sh. Jai Prakash. During the investigations, all the documents were found to be genuine. The FSL Report has also been obtained, which has confirmed that the documents are genuine. against Ms. Maya Devi and Devender Kumar Sharma, who have been placed in Column No. 12 of the Charge-Sheet. No summoning of the petitioners, have been done. Ms. Maya Devi, has already died, the factum of which stands confirmed. Since they have been put in Column No. 12 and it is specifically mentioned that there is no evidence against the two Petitioners, no further Orders are required in the present Petition. 3.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
