As per status report, the petitioners are not residing within the jurisdiction of P.S.: Prashant Vihar. On inquiry by the I.O., the petitioner had informed him that that they are living in Bawana peacefully and they are not getting any threats from respondent nos. 3,4 and 5 and, therefore, they do not need further police protection. An e-mail to this effect has also been received by the SHO.
IO/SI Vijay Kumar states that he is also not aware of the address of the petitioners as they have not disclosed him the same. He has further submitted that their mobile phones are also switched off.
