Petitioner seeks direction to respondent to consider their representation dated 02.09.2025 and to take further appropriate action in accordance with law. 2.

Mr. Rahul Tyagi appears on behalf of respondent and, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, submits that the abovesaid representation shall be decided within a period of six weeks from today. 3.

In view of the abovesaid assurance given by Mr. Tyagi, learned counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture, does not press for any other relief and seeks to withdraw his petition.

He, however, prays for liberty to approach this Court again in case the representation is not decided within the abovesaid time-frame. 5.

The present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 6.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
