% 01.10.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the instant petition was filed seeking quashing of the Kalandra bearing DD No. 73-A dated 11th July, 2019, filed under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 registered at Police Station Chandni Mahal, Delhi. It is submitted that during the pendency of the instant petition, the concerned SDM has decided the impugned Kalandra, vide order dated 13th February, 2024 which has been challenged by the petitioner herein in the revision jurisdiction before the concerned Revision Court. Thus, nothing is left for further adjudication in the instant petition and the same has become infructuous. Furthermore, it is prayed that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to raise all his objections mentioned in the instant petition before the concerned Revision Court.
