The present Bail Application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of The Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner seeking interim bail for a period of six weeks in FIR No. 591/2024, under Sections 103 (1)/109 (1)/333/3(5)/238/324/190 of The Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 25/27 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Narela. 2.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file similar Application before the learned Sessions Court. 3.

The Application is permitted to withdraw the Bail Application along with other Applications, with liberty as prayed for.
