The present Bail Application under Sections 482 and 483 of The Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Applicant seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 556/2024, under Sections 21/25/59 of The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Mahender Park, Delhi.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent-State has appeared on advance Notice and he has taken twin objections to the maintainability of the present Application seeking anticipatory bail. It is submitted that it is the second anticipatory bail Application, first (Bail Application No.4414/2024) having been withdrawn on behalf of the Petitioner on 09.12.2024.

In view of the aforesaid, the present Bail Application and other pending Application, is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
