% 21.11.2017 Mrs. Biji Rajesh, ld. counsel for the respondent-SDMC submits that the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.5933/2017 'South Delhi Municipal Corporation vs. Federation of Residents Welfare Association, Vasant Kunj and Ors.' has stayed the instant contempt proceedings, which is conceded to by the ld. counsel for the petitioner. In view thereof, ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant contempt proceedings may be adjourned sine die.

In view of the fact that the instant contempt proceedings have come to be stayed, the instant contempt petition is disposed off, with the liberty to the petitioner to seek revival, in the event the stay orders come to be vacated or the order allegedly violated is sustained. Petition along with pending interim applications stand disposed off accordingly.
