The present petition was disposed of vide order dated 02.05.2025. 2.

not press his petition and, accordingly, the petition was disposed of as not pressed with request to the learned Trial Court to consider all the applications filed by defendants on 02.06.2025 and then to dispose them of, in accordance with law.

The plaintiff seeks clarification to the effect that even it had filed one application on 01.05.2025 and the learned Trial Court may be requested to consider the abovesaid application also on 02.06.2025. 4.

Though such request could have been made by the applicant/plaintiff before the learned Trial Court, without seeking any clarification from this Court, the present application is disposed of with direction that while considering the applications moved by the defendants, the learned Trial Court shall also consider any other application filed by the plaintiff. 5.

Needless to say, all such applications would be disposed of after giving due opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
