By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 45/2025 dated 25.09.2025 registered at Cyber Police Station West under Sections 318(4) and 319(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

After some arguments, Md. Nawaz Shareef, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 3.

The application, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
