1. This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking revival of the writ petition in terms of the liberty granted by this Court while disposing of the writ petition on 15.01.2024.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though this Court had granted liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the writ petition, now that a fresh order rejecting the petitioner's representation has been passed by the respondents on 04.04.2024, the petitioners instead of pressing the present petition, would assail the order dated 04.04.2024, whereby their representation has been rejected.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, we dismiss the application as not pressed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 10/05/2024 at 11:49:51

with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 04.04.2024 before the learned Tribunal by way of a fresh O.A.

4. Needless to state, in case, the petitioners file a fresh O.A., the same will be considered on its own merits.
