By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 436/2022, dated 10.07.2022, under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ["IPC"], registered at Police Station Mandawali Fazalpur, Delhi, and all other consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the basis of a settlement arrived at between the parties.

After some hearing, Mr. Rahul Malhotra, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition on account of certain defects in the documentation.
