Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the subject property has already been demolished by the MCD and the tenant has vacated the subject premises. He further submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. He submits that in furtherance thereof, he is handing over a cheque bearing no. 852879 dated 03.12.2025 of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Only) drawn on Punjab National Bank, Model Town-III, Delhi, to the petitioner, who is present in person along with her son.

In light of the above, the petitioner, who is present in person, seeks to withdraw the present petition.
